Hormones: I am not sure what hormone pills you took during your first pregnancy for regularity, when you are not even supposed to be bleeding during pregnancy. Hormone contraceptives (birth control pills) are taken to ensure regular periods but at the same time they protect you from getting pregnant, so if you plan to get pregnant, you need to stop them. Ovulation test may help determine when you ovulate.
