1 - 2 sprays 2 x/d: This an antihistamine, from your profile it seems that u might have asthma as well with probable upper airway inflammation too, nose and sinus inflammation, you need to be evaluated by an allergist/ent specialist, until that is done pls don't exceed the dosage: 1-2 sprays each nostril twice a day, good luck.
