Possible!: I think you are referring to rai stage 0. This means you have elevated lymphocytes but with no enlarged lymph nodes or spleen. If not done, you would need ct scan to check for enlarged spleen which can cause bloating and feeling full quickly. However, these symptoms are atypical and less likely to be directly related to cll. Check with your oncologist!
