Had sinus surgery; wonder if chronic inflammation, tinea versicolor, chronic/mild yeast infect., & infectious hidradenitis is diet or something else?

No: Not tinea as it affect outside skin, chronic inflammation from allergies likely. Diet unlikely , same goes for hidradenitis which occurs in lymph nodes.
