I had my period on january 21st, february 5th i had light bleeding that barely lasted a few hours & mild cramps about 2 days before. what could it be?

Ovulation bleeding: Due to the hormonal changes that occur around the time of ovulation, some women have some light bleeding during that time. Ovulation can also cause cramping for a couple of days. At your age, and if it just happens this one time, i wouldn't worry about it. But if it happens with subsequent cycles, i would see your doctor.
