No: Dandruff does not cause pimples. Long hair does not cause pimples. People with short hair can have acne, and people without dandruff can have acne too. However, people who are getting dandruff (have more skin oils, and skin characteristics called seborrheic dermatitis) tend to get more acne... But the acne and dandruff do not cause each other.
