Ultrasound - nt scan - on nov.20 put me at 12weeks. could conception have occurred on september 21-22?

Doubt it : If you do mean exactly 12 weeks on nov. 20 - 12 weeks and 0 days - then conception must've been between maybe sept. 10-15. This is never an exact science "working backwards, " and us is only accurate to +/- about 3 days: but sept. 21-22 sounds too late.
