4 year old woke up with headache. but quickly said it was gone - one time thing. should i be worried?

Worried: Worry only if this becomes a persistent complaint and especially accompanied by vomiting.
Dr. James Ferguson

I wouldn't: At 4 yo i'm not sure what they classify as a headache. Yet if it is gone, why worry ? I don't see the pattern as worrisome.
