Dose is correct: A typical oral dose of Misoprostol is 400 mcg. It can be given 1-3 days post mifeprex. If you don't have an obvious result, then you may need to repeat the dose of misoprostol, and at that point you may want to consider a higher dose (800 mcg) administered vaginally. Even if you feel that the job is done, you still should see a doctor to follow up with an ultrasound to confirm.
