Probably not: Apple cider vinegar is acidic and likely to cause a burning sensation as you experienced. Ph imbalanced solutions in the sinuses are likely to cause temporary ciliary dyskinesia...Affect mucociliary clearance by impairing ciliary beat frequency transiently. Bottom line: you'll be fine but check with your doctor before introducing anything in your nose other than buffered saline or otc nose sprays.
