Low back pain: Low back pain is common with pregnancy. Toward the end of the pregnancy the pelvic ligaments relax in preparation for delivery. The sacroiliac joints are often the source of the low back pain. There are a variety of treatments including pillows, pregnancy braces, moist heat and ice packs, and topical medications. See your obstetrician for guidance.
