May not be a problem: I'm not certain that premature ejaculation at age 17 is really a medical problem. At your age the time to reach climax has a lot to do how long it's been since you last had an ejaculation. As a urologist i would never prescribed prescription medication for premature ejaculation for a 17-year-old.
