Under treated?: No. Looking at your medical history it appears that you were not treated completely. Almost all of the public health officials i know and the doctors like me treating stds would treat you for both chlamydia and gonorrhea at the same time, regardless of what the test says. You need the shot, known as Ceftriaxone and to repeat at the same time the one gram of azithromycin.
