Diarrhea after trave: You probably have acquired an infection of the intestinal tract. You need to see your doctor for examination and tests, e.g. A stool test for culture and parasites. Meanwhile until you can get to see your doctor or go to the er. Try peptobismol three times per day=see bottle for dosage.
