Get it checked: If you mean the urine is coming out of your urethra and vagina at the same time when you urinate, you need to have it checked as that means there is a hole connecting your vagina to your urinary bladder called a fistula it is very very rare at age of 20.But if you are sure the urine is coming out of vagina and urethral opening get it checked through your gynecologist asap.
