Painful tingling in both legs when stretching. feet feels cold and numb afterwards. how do i fix this? i have to stretch

Stretching: I agree stretching is necessary. If you have no back pain, weakness or numbness under any other circumstances perhaps you do not have a medical problem. Gradual increments in stretching is also important. If you are stretching on a mat then try stretching while standing on your feet. Start from lower leg and end up with hip flexors. Check with certified trainer or preferably physical therapist.
