Lab test question: All laboratory data should be interpreted in conjunction with the clinical history and physical examination. Often the same sample run through the same machine will produce a result 10% different. That can create an abnormality when none actually exists.

Get sharp like shooting pain in back that goes to breasts and up neck. Been to emergency twice with it. Troponin, ekg chest xrays all good. Blood work good. Had back MRI. The ER Doctor said back spasms. In thoracic area. Any ideas what this is?
