Today was at ER because several chest pain. EKG normal, Troponin not elevated, CK high at 260U/L, CKMB 13.7 U/L. Drs send me home. Why CK elevated?Txs
After recent chest pain had high sensitivity troponin test. Result was 6. What does/can this tell me about the likelihood of a past cardiac event or my general heart health? Have upcoming stress test but doctor didnt say much about troponin result?

Recently I have faced a mild pain in left side of my chest and left side of by back.I have gone to a doctor my bp was 160/80. he suggested few test. I have done 2 of them ecg -- normal Troponin I -- normal?
Get sharp like shooting pain in back that goes to breasts and up neck. Been to emergency twice with it. Troponin, ekg chest xrays all good. Blood work good. Had back MRI. The ER Doctor said back spasms. In thoracic area. Any ideas what this is?
