NSAIDS: Are not recommended during pregnancy. One or two doses probably won't do much harm, but stay away from nsaids.

Should be fine: While i wouldn't recommend you continue taking this name brand of pseudophed, the issue with Naproxen and nsaids is more in the third trimester. You are just barely into the second trimester, so its very unlikely the limited dose you took would cause any harm. Not impossible, just very unlikely.
