Morning sickness: Nausea is a frequent symptom of early pregnancy, the good news is that in most cases it resolves after the first trimester, so you are nearly there! you can try keeping some dry crackers on your bedside table and eat a few when you first wake up. Congratulations!

Probably not: Vomiting every day, even several times a day, is very common in the first trimester, and even longer for some women. Unless you are vomiting blood, i wouldn't worry. There are many home remedies for nausea. Ginger tea, lemon drops, "sea bands". And there are prescriptions available too. Ask your doctor if s/he thinks you are a candidate for a prescription.

Agree w Dr. Milan.: Morning sickness is no fun. Ginger can reduce nausea ; upset stomach. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or nibble on crystallized ginger. Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organic ginger ; steep x 5 min in a covered pot. Sip.
