Be patient!: Labor defined as regular uterine contractions that lead to cervical effacement and dilation. Assuming you have not had procedure on your cervix (freezing/leep/cone) you will dilate when your body is ready. Unknown if it 's volume or strength of ctxs or hormone levels that promote dilation. Otherwise, pelvic pressure is common and uncomfortable.Hopefuly baby is engaging and that will cause pressure.
