Only if cycles irreg: If you have regular cycles, it is not difficult. Most women will ovulate about 2 weeks before the onset of their next period, and the fertile period starts a few days before then. If the cycles are irregular, that becomes more difficult, and an ovulation prediction kit may be helpful.
