A member asked:

If warm/burning prickly feeling in legs stop when pressure is applied(kneehighsocks)but continues where theresnopressure, not seriousjustpinched nerve?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Neuropathy symptoms: Tingling and sense of heat are common symptoms of neuropathy. Often, when there are other stimuli, like the pressure of stockings, the symptoms are less noticeable. Think of when you have a small cut, it hurts, and you apply pressure and it feels better. A "pinched nerve" per se should not necessarily feel better with applied pressure.
