Hormone or reaction: it could be a simple allergic reaction to the bro, T shirt or whatever touching your breast use Hydrocortisone cream from over the counter and take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) to see if it will go away other wise you need to see a doctor to make the proper diagnosis and give you the proper treatment
