See a doctor...: Bumps on the breast is not specific enough - is it on the skin? Is it confined to the area around the nipple? With regard to a dry, itchy vagina at age 45, this is probably related to "vaginal atrophy" and a vaginal yeast infection which you can start by treating over the counter.
