See your dentist: See your dentist who can go over your treatment options. If it's really a very small chip, it might be able to merely be smoothed off. Otherwise a tooth colored bonded filling would be a good choice. For larger chips, a porcelain laminate or crown might be necessary. Be careful eating very hard foods and have your dentist check your bite.

Chipped tooth: Even if it is not painful right now it is important to see a dentist and find out what needs to be done for your tooth. You may be looking at a small filling or just smoothing the tooth or something more involved.
