Psychosurgery is : Only for a small % of people w ocd. Psychosurgery is only for treatment refractory ocd that is severe. Some surgical options include capsulotomy, limbic leukotomy, anterior cingulotomy, deep brain stimulation ; transcranial magnetic stimulation.
