OK: There are lots of things that can help. You need to find out if you have any other conditions that might be affecting you. You may need to see a specialist like a neurologist or a physiatrist. I see lots of people with the same complaint. Rarely do people require surgery. Most end up benefiting from a combination of physiotherapy and medications. I like to use Gabapentin (patients like it ).
