SEE BELOW: Diabetic nerve pain called neuropathy is actually damage to the nerves and can cause a numbness/tingling type feeling in arms or the legs. Arterial disease pain-peripheral arterial disease or pad can cause pain in the legs with walking initially and can progress to the point where you have pain at rest and is usually a different type of pain-a dull achy pain.
