I have brown particles in my vaporizer/humidifier?

Hard water: These are usually mineral deposits from hard water. Try filtered water or cleaning machine every single day.

Contaminant: The water in the unit should always be clear and odorless, otherwise it should be considered contaminated. Clean the unit as directed in the User Manual and replace the water (distilled is best). If the problems persists, replacement of the unit should be considered.
