"free food": Hi. Cinnamon is a "free food" for diabetics. It has no calories. You can have as much as you want without it affecting your BG. What you add it to is where the issue comes in. Most recipes that use cinnamon also use a lot of sugar. It's not the cinnamon that's the problem! ;-)
