No ....: Total prostate removal is not the solution to rid prostadynia. Have you heard the terms of chronic pelvic painful syndrome / disorder (CPPS / CPPD) lately? This has been increasingly recognized as an extremely annoying painful condition in some unfortunate men. Its Rx/acre should be multidisplinary including the use of alpha-blocker, antibiotics as needed, pelvic physical therapy, meditation,....
