Surveillance: Hello, depends on the chemo. Probably will return. Important: if radiation involved head will need to be mindful of pituitary function and connection with thyroid and adrenals. Would check tsh, free T4 and free t3 (liothyronine). Not only tsh. And keep surveillance for secondary adrenal insufficiency. If radiation close to neck: surveillance for thyroid and parathyroid function and growth.
