Caution: Usually stopping a medication like Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) causes no withdrawal symptoms. The medicine goes in and gets out very quickly. If on the other hand a large dose has been taken only to get "high" over a long period of time (weeks, months), then withdrawal will be an issue. If that is the case, see your family doctor immediately or go to your emergency room closest to you.
