Calorie counting: If you don't learn how to count calories, nothing is going to work for you long term but you can sure spend a lot of money trying to avoid doing so. It's easy. Try it for a month. Cut your calorie intake by 200 calories a day and you will lose weight and not have spent a dime. Count every calorie, liquids, catsup, dressings, etc. Pretty soon you will know the calories in what you like.
