A member asked:

Can you tell me how could men avoid getting prostate cancer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

I doubt you can: Other colleagues may disagree, but I do not believe 'pop' claims about meat or milk causing prostate cancer. With the biases and confounding variables, it's hard to do real science and this is why results are so variable. I do not believe that frequency of ejaculation impacts prostate cancer risk. Being made a eunuch before puberty does work. It's not worth it.
