Explanations: Unilateral loss of vision could be due to optic neuritis, but more likely, there is another explanation. Could be due to localized eye problem, such as corneal abrasion, glaucoma, lens problems, uveitis, etc. Suggest you contact your doctor asap, so this is handled and reversed. Do not wait, as your visual health needs attention. However, unlikely that this is ms!
