Here's an idea: Instead of a systemic antibiotic, a mix of topical benzoyl peroxide and topical Clindamycin might be enough for you -- or topical spironolactone, or the oral contraceptive pill if it's right for you.

Discuss with MD: Discuss your concern with your treating doctor and may be you can be switched from oral antibiotics to topical antibiotics in combination with benzyl peroxide with/without retinoids.
