I have a few weird symptoms and i don't know how they coincide i hope you can help lower back pain overly emotional frequent urination one minute i'm starving and just as quickly i have no appetite

Being "overly emotional" and having appetite changes could be a mental health issue like stress/anxiety, and even depression. Weird symptoms: Could be hormonal. Like thyroid problems. I would go see your physician as this can be an easy problem to solve.
