Poorly defined CA: Anaplastic is a pathology term to describe how the cells look under the microscope. It generally means theres no discernible pattern (generally not a good thing) metastatic means it has spread beyond its initial location. Liver means thats where it started.

Unclear question: Metastatic liver cancer, whether metastases into the liver or metastases from the liver to other organs is usually not curable and portends terminal illness.
