Depends on question: If by "good" you mean therapeutic, i.e. Foods that help control or treat bipolar disorder - unfortunately, there is no scientific evidence that any food being therapeutic. Mood-stablizing medications remain the foundation of treatment, though some small studies suggest that certain dietary supplements (e.g. Omega-3 fatty acids) when added to such meds, might give some benefit.
