Difficult : It is very difficult to delay ovulation a week when an egg is ready to be released even under normal conditions. When you are on birth control pills, it is difficult to know when you will begin to ovulate again. Sometimes you will ovulate 2 weeks after your stop the pills and oftentimes you will not.
