CHF: In heart failure stroke volume is reduced and BP will be reduced, pulse would be weak. Peripheral circulation could be compromised and could cause cold clammy extremities, also due to right heart failure you could see ascites.

Chf and chest pain: In CHF the heart is weak and so it is not pumping enough blood to the circulation. The pressure inside the blood vessels will increase and therefore fluids will leak outside causing swelling , and some times also ascites.
