Chest pain: It could be from blocks in heart arteries (CAD) or pleuritis or pericarditis or blood clots in lungs or musculoskeletal or pericarditis. Some times gerd - reflux disease could cause chest discomfort. Air trapping from COPD could cause chest pain. Severe hypertension could cause chest pain. You need full physical and work-up.
