Not impossible: First, depo provera is only 98.9% effective, it is not impossible to get pregnant with depo. Take a pregnancy test it you are concerned. Second, depo can cause symptoms of breast tenderness, irregular menses, no menses and only spotting, bloating, nausea. If pregnancy test it negative, symptoms are most likely side effects from birth control.
