Growing up will be : easier if you ask yourself what are you concerned about. If its more responsibility, try adding it in small doses so you can really stay "grown up" all the time. If your parents had a hard time being mature or talking about serious or difficult topics like sex or religion, see a counselor so you can discover where you stand on the issues. They can also help you deal with abuse, family secrets.
