Can you tell me what "the fear of one's self" is called?

Being wise?: No disrespect is intended. Too often, we are our own worst enemies. Realizing this is often painful but brings self-improvement. "autophobia" is a "pop" name for the fear of being alone, though we all fear being abandoned. It's the new year and a time for us to review how to be our best friends instead, and to resolve to do the things that help us be better to ourselves and those around us.
