Could be several...: Things. Not getting enough sleep is the most obvious but the reasons are many. Possibilities include: change in timing of sleep hours, inadequate sleep (noise, light, trouble breathing ie obstructive sleep apnea), depression, medical problems like low thyroid or low blood pressure, and/or medication changes head the list. See your doctor.
