Keep out: Nose bleeds are most common when its dry, so check the humidity. You can try inhaling steam. They also arise from trauma to the thin lining overlying the sensitive nasal cartilage. This trauma can be from a tissue, a finger, a knuckle, an arm swipe, etc. When you have a nosebleed, blow your nose, then pinch and hold for 5min. Don't peak. Then don't touch don't wipe. If still bleeding hold for 10mi.
