Can you tell me reasons why i have breast milk after an abortion?

Milk letdown: Your body is going back to its pre-pregnancy state. Sometimes breasts can become swollen, painful or engorged. Usually this can be managed with Ibuprofen and a tight-fitting bra. (do not pump or express the milk, it will only make it worse). If fever, pain, nausea/vomiting, or foul discharge occur, call your doctor or abortion clinic.
