Possibly....: If you are still leaking milk from your breasts, you may have an elevated prolactin level. This may make it more difficult to ovulate, but you never know. Since it has been 6 weeks, you should see your gyn for an evaluation. Best of luck!

Yes: After a termination or miscarriage of pregnancy, you can ovulate, of course, before you'll have a period, so definitely possible to get pregnant 6 weeks post abortion. You may have elevated prolactin which is causing milk production. See a dr. To check levels. But yes, even with milk leaking, you can ovulate and get pregnant.
